Organization Account
- One organization administrator must register and accept these Terms
- Organization information must be accurate and up-to-date
- Administrator is responsible for managing user access and permissions
- Administrator agrees to these Terms on behalf of their organization

- Promptly update account information when changes occur

for your business purposes during your subscription period.
Feedback and Suggestions

- You retain no rights to implemented suggestions
Service Disclaimers
- SafetyPhoenix is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We do not guarantee the Service will meet all your requirements

Liability Limitations
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Continued use of SafetyPhoenix after Terms changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard
to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts
of Arizona.
