Administrator Guide

Initial Setup:

  1. Complete organization registration with company details
  2. Configure organization settings (name, address, industry)

First Steps:

Adding Users:

  • Manager: Safety program management, reporting, no billing access

Subscription Management:

  • Admin Dashboard → Module Status
  • View free modules (always available): Safety Program, Hazard Communication
  • Subscribe to premium modules: OSHA Forms, Inspections, Training, etc.
  • Manage billing through Stripe Customer Portal

Module Configuration:
