What's the difference between Admin, Manager, and Employee roles?
  • Admin: Full access to all features, can manage users, billing, and organization settings
  • Manager: Can manage safety programs, view reports, assign tasks, but cannot manage billing or add/remove users
  • Employee: Can complete assigned tasks, view relevant safety information, and participate in training

You can change user roles anytime from the User Management section.

How do I add new safety modules to my subscription?

Adding new modules is simple:

  1. Go to your Admin Dashboard
  2. Look for the "Module Status" section
  3. Find modules marked as "Available" and click "Subscribe"
  4. Complete the Stripe checkout process
  5. The module will be activated immediately after payment

Can I export my safety data and reports?

Yes! SafetyPhoenix provides multiple export options:
